Modified Soccer (small-sided game format)
Mod Soccer includes ages U6 through U9. It is called "Mod" because the rules are modified for our youngest players. See the prior page and below for details.

Association Soccer (U10-U19)
Association soccer includes ages U10 through U19. Technically U10 and U11 are played under modified rules. U12 and older are played under association rules. Practices for association teams are two times per week with one game on the weekend.
